1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all vehicle sales made by Hoefields Quality Cars Ltd ("the Company"). By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Vehicle Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our vehicle descriptions. However, specifications, features, and images are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary. Please verify all details prior to purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to the completion of a sale. Finance quotes are subject to status and may vary based on individual circumstances.

4. Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle is found to be materially different from its description at the point of collection. Full payment must be made before the vehicle can be released.

5. Vehicle Inspection

We encourage all buyers to inspect vehicles in person before committing to purchase. You are welcome to arrange an independent vehicle inspection at your own cost. All vehicles are sold with a valid MOT certificate where applicable.

6. Warranty

Vehicles may be sold with a dealer warranty. The terms and duration of any warranty will be specified at the point of sale. Extended warranty options may be available at an additional cost.

7. Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms and conditions. If a vehicle is found to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Finance

Finance is subject to status. Terms and conditions of finance agreements are set by the finance provider and are separate from these terms. Representative APR examples are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary. We act as a credit broker, not a lender.

9. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the sale process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary to complete the sale or as required by law.
